Christmas & New Year Delivery Information (19.12.25 – 05.01.26)
Orders Placed Before 1pm on 19.12.25:
For delivery before Christmas, we ask that you place your orders before 1pm on Friday 19th December.
All orders placed following this deadline will continue to be dispatched via DPD, however we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please note: We’ll do everything possible to ensure your order is dispatched promptly so that our courier (DPD) can deliver it before Christmas. While we expect the vast majority of orders to arrive on time, there may be rare circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery. If this happens, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Orders Placed after 1pm on 19.12.25 to 05.01.26:
During this period it may take our team some extra time to dispatch your order, therefore the expected delivery times will be between 3-7 working days.
Standard Delivery Information
Orders under £40 will now cost a standard rate of £4.96. Customers will receive free UK delivery on all orders over £40 up to 30kg.
For online orders, the minimum order value is £10, while the maximum order value is £250.
We are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the following postcodes:

If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus any delivery charges) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to info@petschoice.co.uk.
Items must be in the original condition and packaging – opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item.
Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address.
Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement.
If we don’t receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning items.
During sale periods and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.
For refunds to be accepted they must be sent to:

Returning an incorrect or damaged item
If when you receive your order the items are incorrect or in a damaged condition, contact with Pets Choice must be made within 3 working days either by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to info@petschoice.co.uk.
